Estwing Curved Claw Hammer - Longer Handle For Increased Power
The Estwing Curved Claw Hammer with a blue vinyl handle is built for professional carpenters and serious DIYers who demand durability, comfort, and precise, powerful striking. With a longer handle, curved claw and one-piece forged construction, it delivers reliable leverage for nail driving and nail removal across framing and finishing tasks.
- One-piece forged construction: Head and handle forged in a single piece from American steel for exceptional strength and durability.
- Curved claw design: Curved claw provides extra leverage when pulling nails or prying boards.
- Shock Reduction Grip: Patented grip reduces vibration by over 70% and is moulded directly onto the steel core to prevent slipping, even under tough conditions.
- Smooth-faced hammer head: Finely finished head minimises marring, ideal for interior and finish work.
- Longer handle for increased leverage: The extended handle multiplies torque, helping with stubborn nails; available with 13.75" and 16" options on the 22 oz size.
- Weight and length options: 22 oz (616 g) with 13.75" or 16" handles; 24 oz, 28 oz or 30 oz with 16" handles — allowing you to balance power and control.
- Blue vinyl handle: Ergonomically shaped for comfortable grip during extended use.
- Made in the USA: Proudly manufactured in Rockford, USA, ensuring consistent quality and craftsmanship.
- Versatile performance: Suitable for framing, renovation interiors, and weekend projects, with a finish-friendly head that minimises marks.
The hammer addresses common framing and finishing challenges by delivering efficient nail driving and reduced fatigue thanks to the vibration-damping grip. The longer handle multiplies leverage for stubborn nails, while the one-piece construction resists bending and wear on demanding sites. Its smooth head protects delicate timber surfaces during interior work, making it a dependable choice for professionals and serious hobbyists alike.
