Roof Repair Coating (low VOC)

PREPARATION
Remove all loose debris from the area such as old roofing material, vegetation such as moss, organisms such as lichen and surface dirt. If fungal growth is present the area should be treated with a fungicide in accordance with manufacturers instructions and local regulations. Metal surfaces should be cleaned with a wire brush to remove rust and provide a key. Splits or blisters should be cut and sealed prior to application. Always try a test patch prior to large scale application.

APPLICATION
Apply generously using a brush or roller at a rate of 1-2 kg per m² dependant on the substrate. Recommended application temperature is between 5 - 25°C. Roof Repair Coating will thicken at lower temperatures which can affect coat weight. Can be applied to damp surfaces. High fibre content means cracks of up to 7mm wide can be filled. Larger voids should be filled with a suitable reinforcement materials such as external timber or fiberglass

When your order contains products supplied by third-party manufacturers or distributors, available delivery services and shipping costs may vary. Where Express or AM Express delivery options are not available for the combined order, Trade Coatings products will be dispatched using Standard Delivery.

Products supplied by different manufacturers or distributors may be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates.

Important notes on processing

Next working day orders: To qualify for Express or AM Express, orders must be placed and confirmed before 10:30am, Monday through Thursday. 

Weekend orders: Orders placed after 10:30am on Friday will be processed first thing on the following Monday morning.

Delivery surcharges (non-mainland UK)

We are currently unable to offer the above flat-rate costs to all areas. Please be aware that there may be additional delivery charges for customers in non-mainland UK areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man. If your delivery address falls into one of these zones, we will get in touch with you before processing your order to confirm any extra costs. You will always have the option to proceed or cancel.

Once applied the roof repair system will provide an immediately waterproof barrier. Drying time is 2-3 days dependent on environmental factors

Store indoors, away from direct sunlight in original container, in a dry place at temperature between 5 and 40°C.
Keep out of reach of children.
Shelf life is 12 months under above mentioned storage conditions.
