Ultra V1 Waterproof Roof Resin

Ensure that you are using this product in a well-ventilated area.
If repairing an area with rotten timber beneath, replace the damaged wood before applying the resin to prevent damp.
Application
1. Pour the required amount of Ultra V1 rapid curing resin on to the surface - once exposed to UV the curing process will start.
2. Spread the resin over the affected area with a Brush or Roller if reinforcing with fibreglass push the fibreglass/Woven matt in to the resin then cover with more resin until the surface appears smooth and uniform.
3. Before the product hardens you will have a couple of minutes depending on the levels of Ultra Violet light to make adjustment if required.
4. Once the product has fully hardened in roughly 5 minutes the resin will have formed a fully water proof barrier with life expectancy of 20 - 25 years in ideal conditions.

When your order contains products supplied by third-party manufacturers or distributors, available delivery services and shipping costs may vary. Where Express or AM Express delivery options are not available for the combined order, Trade Coatings products will be dispatched using Standard Delivery.

Products supplied by different manufacturers or distributors may be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates.

Important notes on processing

Next working day orders: To qualify for Express or AM Express, orders must be placed and confirmed before 10:30am, Monday through Thursday. 

Weekend orders: Orders placed after 10:30am on Friday will be processed first thing on the following Monday morning.

Delivery surcharges (non-mainland UK)

We are currently unable to offer the above flat-rate costs to all areas. Please be aware that there may be additional delivery charges for customers in non-mainland UK areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man. If your delivery address falls into one of these zones, we will get in touch with you before processing your order to confirm any extra costs. You will always have the option to proceed or cancel.

Ultra V1 should be stored in a cool and dry place away from sunlight, preferably below 30⁰C. Under these conditions, the shelf life is 6 months. The storage stability can be further improved if the resin is stored at a lower temperature Ultra V1 is classified as flammable. Containers should be kept in a cool and ventilated place away from sunlight and sources of ignition.
