SURFACE PREPARATION
All substrates must be structurally sound, dry, stable,
and free from oil, grease, dirt, dust, loose material, and
any other surface contamination that may affect coating adhesion or performance. The surface must then be allowed to dry fully before application. Areas affected by moss, lichen, algae, or fungal contamination must be mechanically brushed to remove loose growth, treated with a suitable anti-fungal wash in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, and allowed to dry completely prior to coating.
APPLICATION:
Clean, dry, and properly prepared timber surfaces. Stir thoroughly before use and apply evenly in the direction of the timber grain, ensuring full coverage of edges, joints, and exposed end grain. For spray application, use suitable airless or HVLP equipment. We recommend a 1.8 to 2.0 tip size, subject to equipment type, site conditions, and the required finish.
Wet Film Thickness: 100–125 microns per coat.
Dry Film Thickness: 40–50 microns per coat.
Total Dry Film Thickness: 80–100 microns * (achieved with two coats).
For best results, apply two coats, allowing the first coat to dry fully before recoating. Avoid over-application to achieve a smooth, consistent finish.

Products supplied by different manufacturers or distributors may be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates.
Important notes on processing
Next working day orders: To qualify for Express or AM Express, orders must be placed and confirmed before 10:30am, Monday through Thursday.
Weekend orders: Orders placed after 10:30am on Friday will be processed first thing on the following Monday morning.
Delivery surcharges (non-mainland UK)
We are currently unable to offer the above flat-rate costs to all areas. Please be aware that there may be additional delivery charges for customers in non-mainland UK areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man. If your delivery address falls into one of these zones, we will get in touch with you before processing your order to confirm any extra costs. You will always have the option to proceed or cancel.
